Where does
your store accept orders from?
We are able to accept orders all over the world.
Why are your goods so cheap?
(1) All our goods are purchased directly from the factory.
In this way we can cut out a great deal of unnecessary expenditure
by removing intermediate agencies, such as exporters, importers,
wholesalers, retailers and so on. Thus we save a lot of
money for our customers. This will save about 25% of the
retail price.
(2) We purchase large quantities overstock products in the
off-season at a very low purchase price, because a huge
single purchase can get a very good discount, our procurement
cost is about 70% of others. Thus we save another 10% of
the retail price. These products are mainly hot-selling
products which are over-produced by the factory. We guarantee
no quality problems exist, as we have a series of quality
control process.
(3)We use Web sales, instead of store sales. Thus we cut
out the high cost of store rental and sales staff wage costs.
This will save about 15%of the retail price.We use standardized
packaging, which will reduce packaging costs. What we use
is very standardized, low-cost, and environmentally friendly
materials. This saves about 10% of the prices.
In view of the above cost reduction activities, we are able
to sell at about 30% to 50% of the stores retail price,
which will save you 50% to 70% of the total price.
How will I know if my
order is confirmed?
If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout
process, you will receive two emails after your order is
placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The
second email notifies you that your order has shipped and
also contains an order tracking number.
Can I make changes to my online order?
Yes, you can, but please contact us via email within one
business day. Cause your items are typically processed and
shipped within one business day after we receive your payment.
When is my order shipped?
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) are typically processed
and shipped within one business day. Once an order has processed,
delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and
post office, usually you will receive your goods in 5-10
business days.
What should i do if I place an order
at online store but it have been out of stock or sold out?
While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of
our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. If
one or some of your purchases are out of stock, we will
contact you via email asap, Also we accept refund or changes
when your goods are out of stock or sold out. Out-of-stock
items will be removed from your original order total and
a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation
email.
If i dissatisfied with my items?
If you are dissatisfied with your items, you should return
the products within five days of receipt for exchange or
refund.
Making a returns or exchanges
are easy using USPS.You must send your returned package
via your own expense and provide us with a tracking number
cause all the items are the lowest price. Refunds are made
in the Credit card or other payment and may take up to ten
business days to process after we receive the tracking number
for the returned goods. Please note card refunds may take
up to twenty business days for your bank to complete, depending
on the two credit card banks processing time. This can vary
greatly between card banks and unfortunately we are unable
to influence this.
