Cancel the order:
If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to
contact us to cancel it. If you have already paid for your
order and wish to cancel, please contact customer service
within 24 hours free of charge, no
questions asked. However, orders cancelled after 24
hours are subject to restocking fee and handling
fee equaling US$20.00
of the item price, because we usually send the parcel to
the Post Office Transfer Station after
24 hours and will send a tracking number
to you after 72 hours. Note:
If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel
or change the order.
Return:
Our stock department import them during
End of Season Clearance Sale, it is normal
that a few of them have lose their original luster or have
minor defects, this is why we sell
all of them at low price. And we are only responsible
for packages lost or damaged in transit, If you find the
parcel broken when delivery, please open the parcel to check
whether items are kept intactly, then you can contact us
in time and you can return the products within five days
for exchange or refund (*If the size problem, we only accept
for exchange, but not refund). We will charge a small returns
and exchanges fees. Here are the reasons why:
We did not charge your
shipping cost for your orders firstly. so we will charge
US$25 as the shipping cost we lost.
So we can continue to keep shipping costs down for all customers.

Please note, the return cost
and tax fee, payable by you, is dependant on the destination
of your order. We are not responsible for packages lost
or damaged in transit, Dirty and damaged packages will be

are certain you are keeping them. Items should be returned
unmarked and in their original, undamaged box as this is
considered part of the product. Itemss that are returned
without a box, in a damaged box or with scratched soles
may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Making a returns or exchanges are easy using USPS
OR EMS OR DHL.You must send your returned package
via your own expense and provide us with a tracking number
cause all the items are the lowest price. Refunds are made
in the Credit card and we will process it within two business
days after we get your returned goods. Please note card
refunds may take up to 20 business days for your bank to
complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary
greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable
to influence this.
